The Weight Loss Special (3 hours)

Lipo Genie Fat/Inch Loss machine -  kick start your weight loss with our new Lipo Genie for elimination of stubborn areas of fat effectively and easily. A choice of 3 areas of the body are selected and fitted with the weight loss paddles to improve body contouring, inch loss and promote weight loss. Afterwards enjoy 30 minutes in our cardio room to enhance the effect.

LC24 Body Wrap – enhances the silhouette and tightens and tones localised areas. Uses algae with marine and plant extracts to minimise fatty deposits.

Nutritional Coaching – spend time with our resident health coach/nutritionist/chef and get some personalised advice on the practical aspects of meal planning, weight loss ideas and healthy snacks to keep your diet on the right track.

Our flagship day spa package! Over the years we have seen many clients struggle with their digestion, suffering constipation, IBS, heartburn, reflux and bloating. Often the foods which we eat play a huge role in our health complaints. Our Digestive Solution package aims to offer personalised diet and lifestyle advice to help clients banish these common ailments for good. Our Intolerance Test will pin point exactly the foods which do not suit you, our Live Blood Analysis will help identify the systems in the body that need support and our Colonic Hydrotherapy treatment will give the bowel a gentle cleanse and a fresh start. A perfect kick start to new ways of eating and living.
